We could list all the different positions that apply to this extremely important category. Instead, let’s just say middle managers are people that make things happen. Whenever companies’ systems, policies or directions are changing or moving forward, it is the managers, supervisors, department heads etc. that are a driving force.

Character Traits:

  • serve just as well as they lead
  • creative but can follow a program
  • committed to the goals of the organization
  • strong leadership and people skills
  • ability to maintain a productive and motivated workforce
